Alcoholism is defined as when a person continues to drink alcohol despite understanding the serious consequences to their health, relationships, education, employment or finances. In this course, you will learn about the short and long term effects of alcohol consumption, acceptable levels of consumption, the effects it has on daily life, how long it stays in the bloodstream, and behavioural effects related to alcohol concentration.
