Duration: 1 hour
The ability of the brain to change by what it has learned is known as neuroplasticity. As we learn and develop, we acquire new skills and knowledge. In order to learn or memorise information, the brain must continue to change as a result of that knowledge and to represent that new knowledge. In this course, you'll learn about neuroplasticity from the perspective of development, learning and recovery from brain damage.
