Duration: 3.5 hours
Cats are very sensitive to stress. Changes in their routine, visitors, a new pet or member of the family, being misunderstood by an owner all are major stressors for cats. When behaviours occur which we may be considered negative, we need to examine the environment or consider if an underlying stressor is present. With this course you will learn to distinguish normal and abnormal cat behaviour, and how to use this to develop appropriate strategies for dealing with inappropriate cat behaviour.
